Error:
Unable to add entry to AutoCorrect because there is insufficient memory.
Cause:
Not enough available system memory to add AutoCorrect entry.
Solution:
Increase available memory on the system, and then retry the action.
Do one or more of the following:
1) Close all open applications:
a) Right-click on the taskbar button for the application and select 'Close' from the shortcut menu.
b) Click 'Close' to close the application.
2) (Optional) If the problem persists, do one or more of the following to increase system memory:
a) Adjust the virtual memory settings in Windows 95:
1] Click the Windows 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.

2] Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'.

3] Open 'System'.
4] Adjust the virtual memory settings in Windows 95.
a] Click the 'Performance' tab.
b] Click 'Virtual Memory...'. (The Virtual Memory properties sheet appears.)
c] Select the 'Let Windows manage my virtual memory settings (recommended)' radio button. (This option lets Windows dynamically allocate disk space to serve as virtual memory as required.)
d] Click 'OK' twice.
b) Obtain additional RAM for the computer. Office 95 applications run most efficiently if the computer has at least 8 MB of ram on Windows 95 or 16 MB of ram on Windows NT.
3) Check available disk space
NOTE: Following are the minimum disk space requirements for installing and running Office 95: 28 MB for a compact installation, 55 MB for a typical installation, and 89 MB for a custom installation (maximum). Office 95 applications run most efficiently if the computer has at least 8 MB of ram on Windows 95 or 16 MB of ram on Windows NT.
4) If disk space is low, do the following to free up disk space:
a) Back up and delete unneeded files from the drive.
b) Delete unnecessary Windows files.
c) Reduce the amount of disk space reserved for the Recycle Bin.
d) Right-click on the Recycle Bin icon to display the shortcut menu.
e) Select 'Properties' from the shortcut menu.
f) Click the 'Global' tab.
g) Move the slider to the left in the 'Maximum size of Recycle Bin section' to decrease the size of the Recycle Bin. (The percentage of the drive dedicated to deleted files is displayed.)
